Generally have 1-2 bars as long as I crouch in one corner of my bedroom. Edge only... no 3G. As of yesterday, no service at all anywhere in town. If you live near Waterloo, DO NOT go with AT&T!
Live four miles west of the metropolis of Waterloo, and have excellent coverage, both in our house and in the city of Waterloo. I am in both Madison and Milwaukee daily, and have yet to be out of service area. Anyone exerience Criket yet?
Just moved to the area and signed up with Cingular. No reception at work (west edge of town), only occasional reception at home (just east of downtown). Night time seems worse. I have walked the entire downtown of Waterloo at night and found no signal anywere. Customer service was fantastic and it was completely painless to cancel the service after having the phone for a week.
You will get 2bars,but only by te window on west side.Does not work inside my apartment.I live on 2nd.floor.Some days,there is no signal at all,even by te window.
