There is coverage for the HINTERLANDS! Back in January I made a posting concerning Cingular's coverage... or lack thereof. Since then, I have switched to Verizon. Now THIS is the way mobile phone coverage was meant to be. No dead spots whatsoever through Webster, Danbury, Webb Lake, and points in-between. I attribute this to Verizon signing with Alltel to extended their backbone. Coverage up Interstate 35 from the Twin Cities and down Hwys 77 (48) and 70 is solid. Foot note: I purchased a good external antenna from the Radio Shack in Siren in the event the foliage knocks the signal down. I have yet to use it.

I have been a Cellone customer for 7 years. I orginally had the bag phone and it worked good. Then I switched to a Nokia phone and no reception at A and H. Fell for the GSN and no reception even with a booster which I purchased for $260.00! I do get some what better signal but none at A and H even with a booster. I am going to switch to Alltel as soon as my contract is up. I will just have to suffer through another year and a half with cellone.

Signal is poor to none. Coverage ends on the south side of Siren and does not pick up till Danbury. Anything around and east of Webster is "non-existent". Signal east of Danbury on Hwy. 77 is also poor to none. External antennas are a must in the HINTERLANDS.

o yeah the tomobile with dobson works great in danbury and here at the intersectioin of 70 35

T mobile works were I go most of the time but where I work no reception and nothing north of danbury

Very Frustrating, not able to get enough reception to even make a call. You can get a text message if you are lucky
