I'd been with AT&T for at least ten years, various phones, latest being a Motorola V60, service was very good. Went to AT&T / Cingular at the Charleston Town Center to add an additional phone to my service. Cingular Rep said V60 won't work with GSM so I bought three phones with Cingular Service. Reception is very poor in areas that were great with AT&T and the phones feel like toys. I'm glad you have 30 days to change your mind.
