Tower Site # 2354 has failed repeatedly in last week due to collapse of incoming T1 circuit which is oddly enough coming from Verizon... .not Cingular... so far they have told me I am crazy... .sent me a new phone... .denied any problems... .and repeat above as necessary. Yesterday I encountered a Cingular tech at the tower site (antenna is on a wooden pole next to the water twr on Bolivar Heights) and he tells me nothing else can be done till Verizon repairs the T1. Meanwhile down in town... .no cell reception period. On cust svce and follow-thru I give them -50 dBm. They specialize in being clueless... ..and barring that... .outright denial. Best, RF

Sprint reception stink. There about 5 families here and more will be moving in. We are looking into getting another provider. Service cuts in / out or lack of service.

No T-Mobile service in Harpers Ferry, weak signal at river near MD. Signal in and out in the entire area, both WV and MD.

I ride the MARC train Brunwick line. I work in DC and live in Charles Town. There is NO RECEPTION from Point of Rocks until you get to Charles Town. That means no service in Brunswick, no service in Harpers Ferry, so an awful dead zone for about 45 minutes. Can anyone refer a carrier that'll work in these places?
