Cellular One 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V220	Equipment and customer service SUCKS! defective phone not fixed after a month in shop. Customer service has "No idea when" phone will be returned. Seimans loaner phone is the worst peice of trash I've EVER seen. GSM installations are REPLACING existing services and both are suffering from VERY limited bandwidth. Some missed calls and voice-mails get delivered after a 2-3 day wait, or only after rebooting the phone. I'm expected to live by the service contract I signed, but Dobson / CellularOne isn't providing the service they advertise.
