At most 2 bars, usually have to go outside on deck or front porch to be able to talk to anyone without dropping call.

I have to go out on my back porch to avoid dropping calls in my own home. I typically drop calls in 5 areas on my 8 mile drive home from work. I work a second job and I can not use my phone inside the building at all even though others with different service providers have no problems inside the same building. I have a "workorder" in with cellular one to see what if anything they plan to do to improve the service in this area. Check back as I will update this posting often until this major issue gets resolved.
