I have to stand on a chair at times just to get voice. 1g coverage is all I get. Veriozon says I should have no problem. After multiple calls (10) to Verizon in which I dropped calls with the service center a couple of times they sent someone out. They called back 5 days later and said I should get an extender. They wanted me to purchase an $150 extender to fix the problem. Why should I pay for somhing that is broken on their end? Also Verizon kept saying I havent dropped any calls NOT TRUE! They need another tower in this area. My fancy phone reads Ft. Larimie most of the time. This definatly a big company that does everything including lieing to be right.
