I have Alltel (soon to be AT&T). Right now, on the Alltel network, I recieve great coverage in and around Newcastle. Verison also has services here, and from what I hear, they're reception is good also. Once you head about 15 miles out of town though, service just drops off, unless you are heading west towards the Upton area or east towards the Black Hills (this is a well traveled route for tourists heading to / from Mt. Rushmore to Yellowstone Park). Overall service in this area is okay, but could be better. Hopefully with the coming of AT&T, coverage will improve.
