I have heard so many complaints about Verizon's reception in Southern Wyoming.. I and my family of six people all have Union Wireless as our provider. We all have different phone models, and even when we go hunting, or camping, we all get good service. And Union Wireless is the only service picked up at Flaming Gorge.
My brother visited us from Texas. He had AT&T, but he had no reception. To get reception here, you just about have to have Union Wireless. It works even out in the desert.
Moved here from gillette and kept Alltel instead of changing to verizon. I don't roam at all. I thought of changing, but not so sure after reading all the bad coments about verizon.
I have AT&T service in Chattanooga, TN my husband is in Rock Springs Wymonig and his AT&T service is no good I am paying for two services and cannot reach my husband unless it is verizon
Initially, I was worried that moving out to Rock Springs with my Alltel phone would be problematic, irony is, its better than my wife's work phone. Alltel isn't in our area, its Verizon, but I won't sign on with Verizon if my service stays as good as it has been. Only problem is upgrading phones, I have to drive to Casper or Cheyenne.
