No in or out calls in the house - callers get message that I am not taking calls or that my phone is not in service and cannot leave messages - AT&T says they don't guarantee service in the house - outside gets up to 2 bars but bounces back and forth from 2 to 0 - can't hear callers - calls are full of stactic - calls are dropped - Was Cingular customer for years before and for a year after Katrina and best service I ever had - horrible since AT&T bought out Cingular - phones are very cheap, including upgrades - tired of paying for a service that does me no good and a company that couldn't care less about the caliber of their service or customer satisfaction - AT&T told me to go buy a Nokia pay-as-you-go phone at one of their stores - the AT&T store told me I had to go to Radio Shack or Walmart to buy a phone - what a joke and what a crime

In Downtown Galax, no reception on iPhone with AT&T. When I had Verizon, got one bar; better, but almost useless. Why is cell phone reception so bad in Galax? Apparently US Cellular is the only option, but that's no good for those of us who live out of the area (i.e. in a non-US Cellular area) but who travel here a lot.

Glidden is always the last to get anything if ever. They have towers around Glidden but left us just out of reach. The only place you can get any reception at all is up at the top of the hill by the church. It is always busy up there with people trying to get any signal so they can make a phone call. Please get a tower in Glidden so we can use the service that we pay for in our own town. |
