Been nearly non existent for 1 week.!

The local Verizon office is less than 2 miles from my home and has never in 8 yrs had reception.

There is a cell tower going up about 3 miles from here... hopefully it will fix the signal problem.

Spots on 72 East close to Brownsburg Rd, in Gurley and Killingsworth Cove Rd. There are either no reception or very poor maybe one bar. I wander if the towers are turn down. There at spots all along 72 east that just drops calles. I have a tri-mode phone. Its seems to pick up the best of any I have tried.

My phone switches to analog service, and then shuts off. I am on a mountaintop in the Talledega National Forest, yet no reception at all. My Dad is pretty much at the mercy of a local hardwired telephone company, and his cell phone only works when he is roaming. We are unable to use our mobile phones at all.

Impossible to use a cell phone in this area.

a tower is for rent in the 36758 zip area. No one is using the tower. The first renter will automatically get over 300 customers. What are you waiting for Alltell?

Reception anywhere on Alltel phones is not available in Choctaw county.
