The reception / signal is pathetic. I have called AT&T which tells me if I'd turn my phone off for a few minutes that the signal will strengthen. Yeah.. whatever! There is no service and I'm stuck in a contract. Verizon works great here. Too bad I cannot change.

Unbelievable - my home is within 1 mile of Foley town center and I get no signal at all - dead zone; AT&T claims they have the best coverage---are you kdding me? A Sear's repair guy came to do some work and I used his Nextel based phone and the clarity and signal strength was great.

It sucks to not have any reception. I wish they could get a tower out here because there are many T-Mobile users out here.

I have updated my Cingular phones over the years from an old analog. Each upgrade, my service gets worse. I now cannot get any bars at my land. Coverage map says I should get good coverage.

CO ROAD 47 / HWY 14 WEST intersection, Prattville, AL 36067 |

I use my cell phone every day driving to and from work. I drop calls several times a week, all on the west side of Montgomery. Every day driving home from work, I lose my signal completely once I turn off Hwy. 14 on to Co. Rd.47 (Golson Road). We can barely get a decent enough signal at home to make and receive calls. I would switch carriers in a minute if I didn't have 4 lines on my plan, each with a service contract. AT&T leaves a lot to be desired in my part of the state.

My grandson and his wife live at the address and have no use on their cellphone. It is AT&T. Why can't AT&T do than that.
