Constantly dropped calls; "searching for service"; no bars or maybe 1. Called Virgin Mobile. They are on Sprint Network here in AL. They didn't give a crap, but they sure took my money and said "yes, we have service in that area" when I signed up. They suck! Customer Service wouldn't give me a corporate number to call either when they told me "there's nothing we can do".
there is no reception or spotty service on hwy 35 from the woodville community until you reach larkinsville, we really need a tower in the middle of this area to address this outage
I have a Nokia 3390. I haven't been able to make any calls for 2 days now. It's totally frustrating, especially when you call the provider and they cannot help you! I even purchased a new sim card and I still have no reception. I may as well buy a brand new phone.

For the past six years and multiple cellular providers I have not had any cellular service at my house. I presently use Verizon, but my plan is up for renewal next month. I have noticed that a new cellular tower has been erected about 1 mile from my house on Frank Hereford Road, and I'm trying to find out what cell phone company is presently installing their electronics on this tower. If anyone knows this information, please post a response back to this forum, thanks!
