Iphone 3G AND Motorola Z9 (so I know it's not just the iPhone-2 of us switched and we're both going back) -no reception on Leroy Stevens from Goldmine to Grelot, Sollie from Cottage Hill to Three Notch, I-10 from McDonald exit to the MS State Line, Biloxi line past Gautier, dead spot on Schillingers past Howells Ferry, hardly any reception on Dauphin Island public beach, bad over near Loxley... switching back to Alltel before my 30 days is up... I'll miss the iPhone, but can't live with AT&T coverage.

I subscribed to Verizon on their assurance that my area has cell phone coverage. Bull! Even though I'm 1 / 3 of the way up the mountain in Killingsworth Cove, my new LG enV got zero coverage in most parts of my house and very poor coverage in a couple of spots. (Additional note: T Mobile is completely unavailable out here).

I picked Nextel because you can only pick one carrier but Only Unicel Possibly AT&T and southernlinc are the only Carriers that get any signal here on Hwy. 22 West between Clanton and Maplesville just east of Isabella to be more specific. Someone needs to put a tower up even if a short one here Near Isabella to bridge the gap between Clanton and Maplesville.

Raybon St., Detroit, AL 35552 Wed Nov 21, 2007

The People around the Detroit Al. aera has no service.Cingular says we have limited service. If you walk around looking for service and happen to get 3 bars, hold it up to your ear and you loose it. Why sould we pay $40.00+ dollars a month for a service we have to drive 5 miles or more to use? The town has offered use of a tower free of charge to anyone who will get us service. Over 1000 names has been summited to cingular, but nothing has been done.
