AAA office inside no reception

Very poor reception in this area and No reception in or outside my home. Why this company continues to use Sprint when they have such lousy service and limited towers in low land areas. I really love my phone and would hate to have to give it up just to get better service at my house with another carrier that doesn't have this one... .oh well, at least I get to enjoy it away from the "Sticks". Sprint really need to get with the program and offer better coverage - how you trying to compete with the best when you can't give customers what they need.

ZERO reception. Have to drive MILES down the road!

Using Sprint for my Straight Talk Prepaid sevice and there is NO Reception in the Margaret / Odenville area! Straight Talk is a great service but not if you not living in the city near major highways using Towers from Sprint... ... BAD! BAD! BAD! Carrier!

My phone always drops my call when I am driving down I 459 right before Acton Rd.headed towards I 65. It drives me crazy! It doesn't do it coming from 65 going to 280. I have never dropped so many calls until I got on Sprint.

How do I get reception?

Waterloo alabama has hardly any coverage. You have to be right beside or on the tennessee river. if you can't see it, you won't have service.

Its been this way for 2 years and nothing has been done. I have no reception at my work place so I may be changing soon. My contract expires in February. It's funny that the coverage map shows this area to be in the best reception range. That is just not so.

t-mobil sucks

Can't get a signal ANYWHERE on the island! T-Mobile has a store five miles away and they happily sell phones and service all day ever day when you can't get a signal... Contract is up December 1st and I can't wait. DO NOT BUY a phone from T-Mobile in Foley if you want to actually be able to use it!
