if youre going from sylacauga to talladega on HWY 21 / 231, you can absolutely forget having ANY reception.

I picked Nextel because you can only pick one carrier but Only Unicel Possibly AT&T and southernlinc are the only Carriers that get any signal here on Hwy. 22 West between Clanton and Maplesville just east of Isabella to be more specific. Someone needs to put a tower up even if a short one here Near Isabella to bridge the gap between Clanton and Maplesville.

I got the phone because I was promised service at my house... .YA RIGHT... just my luck..I got NO service at my house and my dad has Nextel and gets good signal which both pick up off of Sprint cell towers... They need to build a new tower down my way... .

The People around the Detroit Al. aera has no service.Cingular says we have limited service.If you walk around looking for service and happen to get 3 bars,hold it up to your ear and you loose it. Why sould we pay $40.00+ dollars a month for a service we have to drive 5 miles or more to use? The town has offered use of a tower free of charge to anyone who will get us service. Over 1000 names has been summited to cingular, but nothing has been done.

Our first time in Cullman and no reception - no bars at all - on two different Nokia phones. bummer

I had to return my new iphone the next day after switching from Verizon to AT&T. No service inside my house. Spotty service in some places in my yard, and that's it. Bummer.

We live 3 miles out of Haleyville going toward Bear Creek and we cannot make or receive calls from here. I have had a phone since 1995 and I have only been able to use it for emergencies going back and forth to work. Please consider putting a tower up in this area.

Have had nothing but promises from Cing / ATT about providing new towers for our area for the last 7 years. Each time I call about coverage I get the usual turn your phone off each night and other marlarky.

Moved to Mentone and found little or no reception in this area with Verizon. Switched coverage to Farmers Wireless. They have a tower here and reception is great..

There is absolutely no reception here with ATT. I can stand in the middle of the street, with no high-rise buildings in sight, on a cloudless day, and consistently still get 0 reception. This is just behind Dreamland BBQ.
