No cell service no internet available. I drive by Fiber Optic line and cable every day 5 miles from here! This is a major highway.

Where I live, I will switch from 0 bars of 1x to Roam with full service of 1X. I found out Im roaming off Verizon. I will be taking my phone back and switching to Verizon Wireless.

I live a 1 / 4 of a mile the way a crow flys between 2 towers and have no single.They need to turn the towers up

I lose connection on Deerpark Pkwy. going toward the intersection of Hwy. 11 at the Publix Shopping Ctr and I lose it comming down Chalkville Mtn Rd from the Walmart Shopping Ctr toward I59 Interstate where Cracker Barrel and Lonestar is. You would think as high tech as our society is today there wouldn't be any dead spots.

Need to start backing up there advertisements about more coverage than any other carrier with some action. Mother had some carrier that was bought out by verizon, before that no coverage at my house after Verizon took over in no time at all she had coverage. Still call AT&T and they will tell you coverage is coming soon. This has been going on for 5-6 year's.

I;ve called y'all many times about this nobody seems to care. I have no reception in my area at Riverside Alabama. If you can't believe it call me anytime on my cell number we can talk about it,but sorry you want get me it want even ring.When are you going to admit it.

Doesn't work in Rural areas. My work is about to switch to Verizon PTT because it works all over the state and in rural areas.
