Dropped calls all the time. Occasional call to someone on my contact list and end up connected to someone else's conversation (NOT the person on my contact list that is listed on my phone screen) No service in most of my house and a lot of areas of Tucson. I complained a lot and eventually they let me out of my contract so I switched to Verizon. So far so good. Much better service.

Reception along Sunrise area between about Orange Grove and Swan is terrible. Dropped calls if there's a signal at all. Most of the time in this area I have no signal at all.

9 times out of 10 there is no reception out here in Surprise Farms Subdivision, Surprise, Arizona. Absolute zero at times. We complained to Cingular but they don't care. Said it was our problem for moving out here. Maybe if we bought a more expensive phone and extended our contract with them. Yeah right! Then they said we should petition our neighbors for better service in the area. So frustrating to call from work or from my car to my wife at home and get little or no service unless I give up and call the house phone. The worst phone service we have EVER had. Why can't something be done?

absolutely no coverage do not move or you will lose a call or you can sit in the corner of your yard on one leg literally.

Traveling east on Via Linda, reception drops between 120th St.and 136th St.on both Via Linda and Shea Blvd. Do not subscribe to Sprint if you live in this area, very poor reception and dropped calls are the norm.

I get 0 or 1 bar. The entire central campus is almost unuseable for Sprint customers. This also held true with my previous phone (a Samsung), and for a friend's Sprint phone (type unknown). I am always on roaming, even while outdoors, when I'm anywhere near Life Sciences E or the Central Plant, and even then sometimes I cannot complete a call without a walk of 50-80 yards from my building. I am ready to drop Sprint.

Moved here from MN. where my "nationwide" calling was excellent 99.9% of the time. Now I cannot use my phone within a half mile of my house as there is no coverage. It took 22 calls and visits to T-Mobile to find out that "there is NO coverage where I am and there are no plans to provide coverage". I will be switching to Verizon soon.

I got Cingular because of the "raising the bar" advertisment. I have to say that their advertisment is false. What "raising the bar" it's more like losing the bar. Whenever I am inside the house I have absolutely no service. I can't make a call inside nor outside of the house. I have to go at least 2 miles out of the area to get 1 bar of reception.

power ranch area, home and stores no servive,dropped calls. put in 8 "trouble tickets" to their tech support still no help.nice to pay for a cell phone you can't use!

T Mobile has not acted like a JD Power winner. Their reception is non existent at the Bashas Shopping Center. I must admit that I fell for a proposal from their retail store to buy a new phone (Samsung t509). Same results. Then they refused to take the second phone back and cancel my two year exension. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the Washington area where they are headquarted. This has been a nighmare and I would strongly suggest that you stay away from T Mobile
