T-Mobile has good service in the town of Prescott; but just as soon as you turn off Iron Springs onto Williamson Valley Road, forget it.

Cingular is the worst service provider I've ever used. I don't even get service in my apartment!

No service in the Luke AFB area by any provider. Somebody will make some coin when they decide to put a tower out here. T-Mobile, Verizon, and Cingular all suck at this location. Signal meter only shows an antenna, no bars.

I have had T-Mobile for a year or so now. I am truly frustrated with the quantity of dropped calls I get on a day to day basis from my home. I even get dropped calls in Central Phoenix as well. Don't get T-Mobile in this area because you will be extremely disappointed.

Phone continually goes into roaming while driving through south Chandler. Drops calls all the time. Stuck in a 2 year contract with horrible customer service and coverage. My wife has Cricket (you know the "cheap" service) and she always has good reception.

I can't tell you how bad Cingular is. I had to call 8 times before they would discuss switching phones. We had no service either at our home. Then they tried to charge me for someone elses phones. They would not try to find out how the charge had happened they just shut off my phone service. Talk about a company where the right hand doesn't know what the left had is doing Cingular is the one. I'll bet my phone log on their end is 5 pages at least and it is still not fixed. I have been on the phone with them a total of 4 hours and... They said they would wave the charges for the phones I never ordered and what did they do they moved the bill to current charges so I have to do the same thing next month. I have to put up with this until this coming Christmas and then I'm out of the Cingular black hole. I don't know how they stay in business. We were brought over from AT&T that is how we ended up with them. If you are thinking of Cingular I would suggest you run as fast as you can the other way!

Reception along 159th Dr.just East of Vista drive is horrible. Can't keep a connection for long.

I was with ATT for years and NEVER had a problem of any kind. When I swiched to CRapular there was one problem after another. dropped calls or the line going blank but minutes still accumulating. They sent me replacement hansets for both lines 3 times and it was only the same modle and will not discount another phone for me or will only send me the same modle phone I have been having problems with. After I told them I was going to end my contract if they didnt help me they wouldnt budge. so goodby Crapular! anyone thinking of going with them think again there customer service is terrible!

T-mobile SUCKS in San Luis, absolutely no coverage. Coming from Yuma coverage ends at about Somerton.

Why is that cricket customers have to suffer when everyone else has some kind of service but when you laeve the phoenix or tucson area there's no service. Please add some towers for cricket customers soon We need the service. That's part of the providing Perfect customer service.
