I am on the phone exactly 1 minute before it completely drops and charging it does no good. The dealer tells me to buy another plan, period. The only thing they want is $15.00 for everything. Change anything and they add another $15.00. The only way I can get a little more time is to jump in the car and drive away from Surprise. It is terrible service.

Why do they keep selling service to us if they don't ever plan on more towers. We have been promised better coverage for the last 3 years, but haven't seen anything yet.

Verizon coverage in North Scottsdale is pathetic. They should be paying me. I get better coverage in more remote areas in other parts of the country. This is 2009 and I can't believe it's so bad. I've used 7 different phones and the coverage in this part of town is a disgrace.

If you are a Clarkdale Arizona resident forget about Verizon. Service is choppy at best. Calls drop, go straight to voice mail, or whoever your calling can't hear you. Verizon says they will "look into it" Alltel was great in Clarkdale, but they are being assimilated into Verizon, but so far, Verizon has not taken over, or are they using alltel's towers.

We have called ATT several times and they have opened a case. They say that no one else has any complaints in this area and that reception is good along both the Beeline highway and SR 188. This is true, but there is no reception where we live, on top of a hill. ATT says they will send someone out, however we have seen no one after a month of calling to report lack of service. We had reception from ATT in this location in the spring, but nothing this now. How can this be if they are not having a problem with a cell tower somewhere? We have put up a high gain antenna, along with an amplifier and still have nothing. We have to drive several miles along SR 188 to make or receive calls. Not happy with AT&T service at all.
