If anyone is having reception issues with Sprint phones, you can call the customer service and have them transfer to account services. You can have your services terminated and don't have to pay the early termination fee. Hope this help some of you that have huge fees.

No cell signal in Shoshone, CA, on AT&T, or Verizon. Cellular service ends just north of Baker on Hwy. 127, resulting in a huge area of no cell service along the Hwy. 127 corridor. Cell service doesn't resume again until Death Valley Junction (spotty signal) and Amargosa Valley, NV (full signal). This can be particularly dangerous for travelers during the summer months when temperatures climb to 120+F.

All of Downtown South of RT82 Bridge / Grand and Western intersection, Nogales, AZ 85621 Fri Aug 12, 2011

ATT has confirmed they have switched to a single "Super" tower in Nogales. The Tower is located at I19 and Mariposa west. Most of downtown Nogales is in the blind spot of this tower. Rio Rico has suffered also they now feed off of the I19 exit 34 tubac site. If you insist on ATT in Nogales you need to have "Viva" Mexico plan for coverage in Nogales Downtown. Meadow Hills Subdivision, Visita Del Ciero and all surrounding high spots should fair well with new set up however, Rio Rico and Vista del Ciero have experienced loss in signal due to land owner conflict on Mt Benidict. Rio Rico Residents in low lying areas will find data in and out because phones will try to switch between Patagonia Tower and Tubac. ATT sayes new coverage is complete that my only option is to switch to the "Viva" Mexico plan but I never go there. To ATT's Credit they did let me out of my contract with no termination fee. They also mentioned that no 3G or 4G will come to Nogales any time soon because there is no Fiber Backhaul for them at current tower site on Mariposa.

Fort Huachuca / Sierra Vista intersection, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 Fri Aug 05, 2011

There has been no day time cell reception since Tuesday (it's Friday afternoon). They are supposedly upgrading the tower, but I actually need my phone during business hours, not at night when doctors and mechanics and such are closed. This information is also impossible to find on their web site, their customer service chat is rude and forces you to enter your info twice (didn't I just have to enter all my info to log in to even REACH chat?), and their online service is completely inadequate to deal with a system designed to be phone based. If my phone were working, I wouldn't need to use the internet to report a problem with my phone, idiots! I will switch to Verizon as soon as I pick out a new phone.

At&t coverage map shows "Best" coverage in this area so I switched from Verizon 1 or 2 bars to AT&T to improve service. Got 0 bars in my house and a couple in my back yard. Spoke to AT&T rep who showed me two towers less than 3 miles from my home; one south and one north. Drove near the north tower and got a strong signal withing visual distance from tower; two miles down the road and signal was poor. Back home it was nonexistent. The Verizon tower is even farther away, but I still get reception with them. I guess its back to Verizon unless someone builds a tower in my backyard.

I do not get any calls at all or texts! I have to go into Bullhead down by the Walmart or Safeway to get any service and by then I have missed everyones calls. I hate Sprint and I will never use them again after my contract ends!
