Spent 4 hours at this location, never got any reception while the guy across from me with a Verizon phone was making and receiving calls the entire time. Also there is no or very little reception in this entire area of town. This is a commercial area, also lots of doctor offices... there is no excuse for this! Another bad area is Ajo, Valencia and further South along the I-19. No reception there either.

I love my iPhone. Too bad I can't use it in Queen Creek. Based on the list of complaints, it's obvious there is a serious issue that AT&T doesn't seem to be interested in resolving. I am terribly disappointed in their service, and will probably have to give up my iPhone (which I love). Thanks AT&T, you've made ALOT of people angry. I will also be sending a letter to Apple to let them know that you have blemished their good name with your crappy service.

No reception or signal indoors. Must stand in backyard, in one specific spot, face northeast, don't move and hold breath, can get a call... .maybe. Absolutely terrible. Average home price $1 mil +. Seems closer to power lines, worse the situation gets. Need a tower in this area.

No (ZERO) bars at all on my phone or my wife's new Motorola RAZR (V3 I think). Have to go to the clubhouse area (approx 1 / 2 mile++) to get a signal. AT&T is poor in the Prescott Valley area overall. Will switch to Alltel.

No reception in my house. Can sometimes get it outside. We have 3 AT&T phones including a Blackberry. Two phones allow us to select manual service. If we switch to T-Mobile we get great service. But when we leave the house we lose all service until we switch back to AT&T. Sometimes it will switch to T-Mobile but not enough to depend on it. Blackberry doesn't have the option.

I too was told that there were new towers coming to this area. Supposedly that is complete but I still can't make a cell phone call from my home. Now because I am on a family plan it will cost $700 to cancel. $175 PER PHONE. Read the fine print because when I upgraded equipment recently, apparently I accepted a new 2-yr contract. I am not happy and I have been an ATT customer since before it even became Cingular and went back.

I get little to no reception in my own house. Verizon is aware of the lack of coverage and stated that they would waive our cancellation fee. I'm switching to T-Mobile now... wish me luck!

No reception even though maps say we should have 2 or 3 bars. No T-Mobile phone works out there but Verizon works just fine.
