In our home we get very little or no reception. Tons of dropped calls if they do come through.Texting seems to be ok, (less signal required), but if you use your phone to talk, it's worthless in our home. The Motorola v557phone goes dead in 1 / 2 a day because it's says "Emergency Only" all the time in our house. ATT says we're right in the middle between two towers, but the coverage stinks. Had Alltel a few years ago and that was slightly better, but not much.
Horrible reception, if at all. Verizon said it was the phone. I have tried 3 different phones, all of them terrible. I am going to switch service providers.
Hwy. 260 / Interstate 17 intersection, Camp Verde, AZ 86322

If your car breaks down on 260 between Cottonwood and Camp Verde, forget about calling out to get help if you have a Sprint phone. Coverage is pathetic all along this road. And it is pretty bad in Camp Verde itself.
No reception inside and occasionally can get very poor reception outside. This area is very close to the Catalina Mountains, but I would expect better coverage than this.
Called technical support Cingular to let them know ; 1. When I dial 611 I get t-mobile 2. I only have 1-2 bars which a second later goes to no bars. It takes 5 attempts to get through to someone even 911 and then the call is dropped constantly it took me 5 attempts just to get to ATT customer care. Talk to tech support on 06 / 20 / 2007 at 8:00pm AZ time the call was dropped and called back on my friends phone with Verizon no problem at 8:30 talked to another tech support person. The tech said he would send a ticket to another tech support manager to research the issue. The tech said the manager will get back to me in a few days to let me know the status ofthe research but may not be resolved until 06 / 25 / 2007. I will call back on that day to check status myself... Apparently by all these comments or lack of, it looks like T-Mobile has the best coverage!
Even with amplified exterior antenna, we get no Sprint signal at all on any of our phones. Tried in downtown Show Low, too, and nothing. However, Sprint shows coverage (phone and data) for this area. Looks like we'll have to change service.

Lost service at my home this weekend can not make or receive calls. Service returns around Kolb and Broadway. Even with new 3G sim cards. Bye Bye ATT

Just received my phone with Alltel service and took it up to Mt Lemmon along with my existing Verizon phone. Both the Verizon phone and my friends Sprint phone had 3 bars. Alltell had ZERO. Phone service in this area with Alltel should be renamed "Nobar"
Reception is non-existant in any stores (Wal-mart, Lowe's, Home Depot, grocery stores and probably tents! Outside, reception is average. Inside my home is the same as the store situation above. Have a Motorola RAZR L7 and not impressed with it either!
