Bought a Sprint phone this weekend, which I will be returning shortly. It is EVEN WORSE than Verizon. No reception to 1 bar. Doesn't ring 99 out of 100 times. Outgoing calls never connect and no data access for email.

No signal... this sucks

I get 0 to 1 bar in my house, but usually a network reject or no service warning. Outside I usually get 1 to 2 bars. Travelling aroung town I vary from 3 -4. Big cities I can get 5 bars. T-Mobile sucks! I will be switching to Verizon or Sprint as soon as my contract is over!

Verizon service gave no bars and no service as of this date - August 19, 2006 at and around the Lodge at the North Rim, Grand Canyon. Rather disappointing.

0 to 1 bars with Verizon - no help from service technicans - do not recommend Verizon as service provider

FAT DEAD ZONE HERE... Drives me crazy because it's on the way to my house and I drop a call every time

There are NO towers within 12 to 15 miles of this location. When we first signed on we realized when we drove into our area (Palm Valley in Goodyear) the bars dropped to zero. When we complained to the local Cingular store they looked in their computer and said "gee, I don't know why, there's plenty of towers"... .liar-liar, your pants are on fire... .!

Dropped calls all the time. Occasional call to someone on my contact list and end up connected to someone else's conversation (NOT the person on my contact list that is listed on my phone screen) No service in most of my house and a lot of areas of Tucson. I complained a lot and eventually they let me out of my contract so I switched to Verizon. So far so good. Much better service.

Cingular sure brags a lot but cannot live up to their promises in the area I live in. I have no reception where I live and when I ask them what are they going to do about it, they want t sell me another cell phone that does not work where I live. The other option is give me another phone number for the area code. They are going to have to build another tower or just keep screwing people in this area. My cell phone number is 713-302-2660. Reception along Sunrise area between about Orange Grove and Swan is terrible. Dropped calls if there's a signal at all. Most of the time in this area I have no signal at all.
