AT&T wireless should put a tower in the Cushman area in northwest Independence county. There are no towers serving this area although there are two FM radio broadcast towers just off hwy 69 on Sandtown road (one of which is not being used right now!) that would qualify for wireless tower space for AT&T. When traveling through this area pray you don't have car trouble or are in need of emergency services because it is a "DEAD AREA". AT&T this would be a great location for you as it would cover a tri-county area and two main state highways through this area! Bring more wireless service to Arkansas...
dont get any service at home have to go almost to arkana rd before I get a signal. was a little better with the razr but this one is supposed to be better and all with the new 3g but it just plain sucks
Had great service until about two weeks ago at home. Now signal is like it was when I first moved and Verizon did not even have a tower. Bought brand new phone thinking it was caused by my old phone... Very upset. Put in a tech ticket and haven't heard back.
Zilch for reception in the home or outside. Have to drive at least 5 miles to even get 1 bar. Will be dropping wireless service when contract runs out, as cell phone is not good for anything here
cingular has a tower in prescott and camden.. i am in the middle, reader, with no signal. I have 20 acres and have been trying to get them to put an antenna on my property with no luck... altell has a tower in bluf city which is also bout half way from prescott to camden. my brother has altell and gets great signal here. so I will be switching soon.
This is a very heavily traveled section of roadway, between Russellville, AR and Branson, MO. A lot of tourists through here but very spotty service. There are only a couple of small spots with a signal along the entire path from Dover to Lurton. Why are there not anymore towers in this area?
