Had great service until about two weeks ago at home. Now signal is like it was when I first moved and Verizon did not even have a tower. Bought brand new phone thinking it was caused by my old phone... Very upset. Put in a tech ticket and haven't heard back.

Horrible reception. Might as well not have service. Not sure which carrier to switch to.

Zilch for reception in the home or outside. Have to drive at least 5 miles to even get 1 bar. Will be dropping wireless service when contract runs out, as cell phone is not good for anything here

Trying to find a carrier that I can get good reception from at this location.

cingular has a tower in prescott and camden.. i am in the middle, reader, with no signal. I have 20 acres and have been trying to get them to put an antenna on my property with no luck... altell has a tower in bluf city which is also bout half way from prescott to camden. my brother has altell and gets great signal here. so I will be switching soon.

This is a very heavily traveled section of roadway, between Russellville, AR and Branson, MO. A lot of tourists through here but very spotty service. There are only a couple of small spots with a signal along the entire path from Dover to Lurton. Why are there not anymore towers in this area?

I had great reception inside and out until last night. Now I have none. Verizon says there are no outages... .I have no idea what happened.

Get no reception at all anywhere around the entire area. Visit relatives in Hatfield regularly and get no reception at all north of DeQueen. Will most probably change companies when the contract runs out. Terrible coverage for such a large company. Makes you wonder where all their upgrades for coverage is going with all the money we pay for their services.

Had minimal service 2 1 / 2 yrs ago at our home in Cotter... 6 mos later had NONE in our home. Have to walk down the driveway to get even a very weak signal... Since the tornado on 2 / 5, can get NO signals even halfway into Mtn Home - if then. AT&T can offer NO HELP or solution! Throughout most of the rest of the country we had acceptable / good service... but we need phone service in our home!

I visit relatives often near Doddridge and I'm basically out of commission to the rest of the world. No reception! More towers please!
