I am never confident that I can recieve or dial calls. I receive a "System Busy" message or simply get cut off in the middle of my conversation. Why should I pay for calls I cannot make / take?

East or west bound on I-40 at or near Levy I drop many calls. Otherwise my reception is good.

Phone only works in town (Mena) and then poorly. You always sound garbled to other person. We frequently travel and have reasonable reception in most populated areas but the clarity of our voices to the people we call is undependable at best.

Will ring upstairs in my house but not downstairs (ground level). I have to go outside and walk up the hill in the back yard to use the cell phone. I feel like I'm on "Green Acres". When I'm in Fayettteville or Springdale I have dropped calls all the time. Voicemail notifications sometimes come 4-5 days later.

Their reception is ok except for lines being dropped every time you turn around but I guess that's pretty much everywhere. Their biggest problem is their lack of customer service. It is AWFUL - whether on the phone or at their Lakewood Village store (and I would NOT recommend going there!). They don't offer any kind of incentatives to keep their customers. Their biggest "selling point" is that "they don't charge you a fee to change your service and ALL the other companies do". Well, that may be but I know for a fact that Cingular will waive that charge to keep you as a customer (I've got both Alltel and Cingular phones). Alltel is not interested in keeping you as a customer - they're only interested in new customers and getting them into a contract.

Cantrell / Kavanaugh intersection, Little Rock, AR 72207 Sun Jan 09, 2005

The entire eastern quadrant of the Heights bounded by Beechwood / CCLR / Van Buren has zero reception with Sprint. It has gotten much worse since 2004. Beware if you live here and have any plans to use it from home. Calls will drop off at middle of Cantrell Hill until you get past Kavanaugh, and virtually zero reception northwest of that line.

You need to go about 2 or 3 miles north or south to get any reception. When we had a Nokia, we got signal. Cingular told us the Motorola was an upgrade for better service.

0.2 miles off the interstate I get no signal. I get 5 bars on the interstate. Very disappointing since i payed $100 to not be able to use my phone at home.
