T-Mobile will show on their web-site and on the phone that they have service is Jacksonville. I have to go to either Cabot or Sherwood to make calls. We're switching to Cingular December 20th. T-Mobile has the best plans, but not service.
NO CELL PHONE will get reception on the Cortez Golf Course in Hot Springs Village, AR. There is no tower to the Northwest. Alltel will sell you a phone even though they are aware that you can't use it in this area.
The east side of Crowley's Ridge is a dead spot for all carriers in Cross County. I live in Levesque which is 5 miles east of Wynne and there is no signal at all until you go east of the St. Francis River bay. All the way north on HWY 163 at least to Bay Village there is no signal.

There is no service at all on the west side of Crowley's Ridge from Jake Taylor Hill (north of Caldwell) all the way out past Coltto the Hwy. 306 Junction. There is no reception on the East or West side of Hwy. 306 in Colt.
We traveled to Eureka Springs and were shocked to get absolutely not reception at all anywhere in the area. Our phones would not even respond.

Hwy. 270 / Pineview Estates intersection, Mount Ida, AR 71957

We get reception in the town of Mount Ida and almost anywhere else in our area or throughout the United States. We cannot, however, get reception at our house, located 3 miles east of Mount Ida, about 1 / 2 mile south of 270 highway. We have been told by Alltel that our signals may be bouncing back and forth between the Little Rock district tower and the Fort Smith district tower. We need to know what supplier is best for our location.
