(Topanga) I've noticed that on a couple of occasions today I'm getting a couple bars but then it quickly goes back to No Service. My guess is that they are in fact working on the problematic tower... but clearly not fast enough for those of us impacted. The Microcell is becoming more appealing by the minute although I'm not terribly inclined to give AT&T any more of my money than I have to.

I also experienced "no service" along Topanga Canyon since Monday. My son, who attends Topanga Elementary, was unable to get ahold of me Tuesday after school. Many kids / teachers that have AT&T were also blocked out of service. Called AT&T today. Was told service would be back on later today...

Well, three years of nearly constant acceptable reception and now nothing for almost 4 days. At&t says they are working on a "degraded" tower. Not sure how long it takes to repair a tower but this is ridiculous. I have been a customer since the "LA Cellular" days, but if there is no reception tonight, I am going bye bye and heading over to Verizon. At&t did give me a $25 credit for the "inconvenience" but I'd much rather have service.

Lost reception on my iPhone in early March. I just waited as I hate dealing with telephone reps. Broke down and called AT&T March 14 and was told I was "the only one complaining about poor service and did I set up my phone properly?" I switched to AT&T in 2007 and it's worked until early March. ZERO service between S curves and Top of Topanga

No cell phone reception for 3 + days now. AT&T had better fix this or they are about to lose me as a customer along with my neighbors. Neighbors have been knocking on my door asking if my cell phone is working, and I tell them no mine isn't either. There are a lot of people that live up here. I am going out and buying a land line phone today.

Used to get OK reception at my home in Fernwood, though I had to stand in certain places to avoid a dropped call. As of yesterday AM, 3 / 14 / 11, nothing. "No service" is shown on my phone. I've noticed it's this way driving through the canyon as well, including in the center of town. Called ATT this afternoon, 3 / 15. They say a tower is out and they're trying to fix it by 6:50 tomorrow AM. Very frustrating as I have no land line!

dead as a doornail since 3 / 11. AT&T is finally admitting that the "network" is down- and no clue as to when it will be back up.

My reception went from very good to zero overnight. Did a tower disappear from AT&Ts lineup on the 14th at midnight? AT&T is ridiculous.

No reception downtown Topanga since early March. A week ago (3 / 7 / 11) there was weak reception south of town once you drove past the last buildings in Topanga. Today, (3 / 14 / 11) there is absolutely no reception starting at the ocean (Hwy 1 and Topanga Cyn Blvd) and all the way north into the town of Topanga. I had no problems with reception in Topanga prior to this month's blackout.

Used to have perfect reception -- Completely died on March 14th. No help when you call AT&T. They are like robots and go through the same monotone script about how they are reseting my phone yet nothing happens.
