Att service is spotty in this area. You must live on a high mountqain or you will not get service. There are clear channel towers in the area but I do not think AT&T has an agreement with them. Find who does and you might get reception in these areas.

I recently switched from Sprint to get an iphone. ATT / Cingular is horrible in SF compared to Sprint. I got 1 bar on my iphone for the first 3 months and then last month go "no service" at all. I love the phone so much I am in denial about my non-phone use. ATT tech department says they have a known problem in that area and have no resolution date. I am not the only ATT customer in that area that is having problems. I guess they really have no love for us... Love the iphone, ATT is horrible.

my Verizon phone will ring in west rosamond, tell me who is calling, and them immediately hang up when I try to answer. When I dial out it will ring on their end and as soon as they pick up it hangs up. Only happens here. I cannot make one call if I needed to. This is a hugeeeeee complaint. What happens if I need 911? Only phone I have. Strangely, I use my phone to get internet on my computer and that works fine... ... go figure. I rate my service a -10

Loss of signal from the intersection of El Cerro and Diablo Rd all the way to the intersection of Diablo Rd and Clydesdale. Read another complaint filed on this site a year ago that states its poor all the way down Green Valley and Stone Valley Rd. Verizon whats up????

Bad Bad Bad! Got talked into a newer phone, by AT&T rep, to improve service at my home. Got better for a few weeks then my phone, my boyfriends phone and several neighbors all of a sudden got NO service. AT &T claims it is not on their end???? Hummmm strange. I am stuck with my contract even though I can not use my phone at my home in result I am wasting $40 a mo because that is the cheapest plan they have. AT&T will not, as of yet, let me out of my contract. I will NEVER purchase or willing have any AT&T products or service again.

NO reception at all, none in my house, one of the worst carrier in the area, along with T-mobile, which gives 0 bars also.

No reception indoors. Poor reception outdoors.

i live near a hill in montebello and I get about 2 bars when I am indoors outside works good until you try to go over the hill on montebello near paramount you always drop the call near the costco parking lot other than that verzion is good company to go with
