Absolutely ZERO reception on Naval Base Ventura County - Point Mugu with T-Mobile; had to drive miles off base in order to get reception. No problem at NBVC - Port Hueneme but zero reception at Mugu.

No bars at all at the River Rock Casino. I need to call home to say arrived safely and can't.

I rented an apartment and then noticed when I went in there that I have NO SERVICE whatsoever through AT&T in there. I was shocked. How can they even be in business when they're offering no services? What a scam. It's not like we're on the coast up North or something. We're in the middle of a big city. It's inexcusable.

I've noticed sporadic reception during the day, but at night 90% dropped calls. Lucky to get 1 bar inside or out. Notified T-Mobile about the issue a month or two ago. No fix. Time to change carriers.

Whether going East or West on Franklin, EVERY TIME I get to Highland, my call drops. This is insane. It's right behind the frigging Kodak Theatre for chrissakes! The Kodak Theatre - you know, where they do the OSCARS?!?! How can I not have reception? It's the middle of Hollywood! Unbelievable.

I don't know why I have stayed with AT&T for so long, but the reception in or around morningside SUCKS! After being a customer for over 10 years and calling customer service numerous times to request a tower or just complain about never having reception, you would think they would put a tower with all the complaints they get! I have to walk around outside as if I am catching butterflies to get any reception near my home. HORRIBLE!

AT&T service is down. It is acknowledged to the Los Angeles area when you call in. I heard they were doing maintenance on some towers in the Santa Monica area.

No service or searching about 85% of the time. the other 15% my calls are dropped. CAN WE GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT GOING OR SOMETHING!?????
