I have been having problems with Sprint reception in Camarillo since November. Have had 3 different phones with the same problem. Bars go from 1-2 to none.The internet drops out at the same time the bars go down. Before November I had great reception. I have called and went into the store many, many times.

Horrible reception. O-1 bars ever since we moved here.

Service was excellent for years but since July 21st coverage has been null. Had two other people over today with Sprint phones and none of them could connect to make or receive calls.

suggest you check out what others are saying. reception in this area is dismal. being a long time customer, Verizon is looking good

Even using wifi calling with uma, no service 80% of the time. I checked with the T-Mobile store, since T-Mobile's own website say's full coverage (as of 7 / 22 / 2011) and they say sorry no coverage. and nothing they can do... .. I asked for a cell booster, they said its in test in Inland Empire and San Diego only. Too Bad, but I get what I pay for... .

I paid $250 fo two phones. Both phones get 0 recption. I am soooo dissapointed. I guess back to boost.

Tower next to me worked great for a year now it shows full bars but will not connect going on 3 days now.

spent three weeks trying to get customer service help with no results. Spoke to numerous individuals with no idea of cell phone problems. Many hanging up if I did not provide my top secret id number loudly enough for the world to hear and after many minutes of poor or no reception they hung up on me saying they could not hear me, I was cutting out, never to return my calls. I bought and paid for three android phones for my move here, the first being a factorty reject at 500.00 to be replaced by metro by a used phone. The 3rd phone is also an android but also gets no coverage.

I keep getting no service from my neighborhoodof euclid ad G st and also outside ontario mills. Wtf is going on... but when I go to the rich areas of upland its full bars... .yah nice Preference sprint. Add a tower in south ontario and Chino... .Youre calls drop and texts received late... .THIS SERVICE sucks! Wasnt like this before June 2011..something or someone really screwed everything up. SO FIX IT!!
