I didn't even get to start the test. It already failed even before I started. Tried to call customer service through cell phone, did not even go through. Call drop #1, Call drop #2, Call drop #3... Oh finally... "Spring PCS - something, may I help you?" ummm... call drop #4!

Verizon works, Cingular does not.

bad reception that hasn't improved in at least the last 5 years

Great reception in the valley, virtually none in westchester! embarassing to say the least. But tracfone has 5 bars in the same area.

Ever since the buyout, service sucks, the customer service is no help and have given me two different excuses. I will have full bars and still not able to make a phone call. the service used to be great I don't know what happened. something is fishy.

nothing. I also get 0 reception at school (fullerton college) i get a pretty good reception in the mall but nothing inside my house

We live in a newly constructed complex, and there is no reception at all.

Most of the time no reception. Then you may get a few bars at random moments and then abck to zero
