Horrible! I have asked many people who own Verizon and they all have the same problem... no reception around here! Residents are changeing their carrier because of no reception.

Going up the hill as Pleasant Hill Rd.forks into Taylor and Geary my calls always drop. The reception then picks up to poor or below average. At my house (near the corner Pleasant Hill Rd.and Geary) I have either no reception or poor connection. This phone seems to be worse that the old LG I had. My old Mortorola Timeport seemed to be a bit better.

No reception after 6PM weekdays and no reception weekends. Terriffic! Service stopped April 1, 2005 2 mile drive in any direction will pick up the signal again. You can get your messages and make calls from your car, after finding the signal. Cingular is oversold and underequiped for the "unlimited minutes" caller. Cingular has not noted any problems in the area. Cingular truly sucks. Check out the June Consumers Report... that tells it all.

California / Sunnyside intersection, Fresno, CA 93725 Sun Jun 05, 2005

I never get reception or no signal at all at this cross street. Apparently, there is new housing construction in this neighborhood. I contacted customer service and describe the problems. I gave them the zip code where I was at. They indicated that they have service in that area. However, I explained them that there was no signal in this area or street locations. all they said was "we do show service in that area." Bogus! I'm going to can T-Mobile after my service is up.
