I don't know what is going on with Sprint, I'm their customer for 5+ years and reception always worked fine in my home! The last two days, the Sprint reception completely went dead... .tried calling Sprint a few times, they are saying they see everything is working fine on their end and think it's my phone's problem! Are you kidding me, if my phone has a problem how come when I go down further down towards 101S (airport blvd) the phone work fine! Ridiculous! Looks like it's time to change carrier.

Metro PCS sucks ass because every phone I bought from Metro PCS never stayed connected to the internet or just doesn't connect at all and this seems to be only happening with Android devices... If your an Android lover, DO NOT CHOOSE METRO PCS! They Androids SUCK!

Consistent lack of service anywhere on North Island. Frequent dropped calls. If there is service, chances are it won't be 3G. I suspect the terrible service is due to a lack of cell phone towers and ineptitude by AT&T.

I use phones only occasionally so I don't complain much. However, I agree with the many complains here that AT&T sucks. In this area the notice is always about no network access, a notification that also shows up in many other parts in the city. Three evenings ago it really got my ire because I was to pick up my daughter and family (with baby) at the Burbank airport and because of the security prohibition, I had to wait in some area outside the airport for her call upon their arrival. No call came, no text either. I tried contacting my wife -- both cell and landline -- at home because that's where my daughter would call if she's unable to reach me. Nothing. I could not call or send a message and neither could they. I drove some distance to get reception but still nada. The scheduled time of arrival came and so I had to line up with the other drivers then drive through because it is not alowed to wait at the airport front; then drove around back to the lineup again and again until they finally landed and emerged from the airport building. And by the way the text messages from my wife and daughter came in only yesterday informing me that they were arriving. Needless to say my wife and I are looking for another service.
