No reception in this area whatsoever. I'm done with ATT. No reception in the building either. I'm hoping Sprint / Verizon might be a bit better. This is LA for goodness sake, put some more towers up!

I've turned 3G off and always on 2G (edge network). Go to network settings and turn it off. On 3G, cannot call out, send SMS, surf AND cannot receive texts or calls.

Horrible service, bought a Home in Big Sky and very frustrated with AT&T. Called them several times and they say they have a tower and their map shows coverage. Am under contract so stuck with them. Please avoid AT&T at all costs, hate them.

AT&T Is a complete joke! I left Sprint for ATT And that was the worst mistake of my life! I drop 99% of all calls and when I am connected, I cant even understand the other party due to static and reception breaking up. When I talk on my phone Im always told it sounds like Im talking into a wind tunnel while holding my phone backwards facing the wind. WHAT A JOKE! For the record, I also have AT&T DSL And I basically get the same issues! DSL is always dropping connection and my speeds are slower than dial up and I pay extra for the Pro- Elite Business plan that is suppose to guarantee speeds between 4-6Mbps but I average 2Mbps. AT&T Should be ashamed of themselves. I pay for mobil services and they do not give me the service... They guarantee me a speed for DSL, and I do not even come close to the speeds! I hope AT&T Gets this matter taken to court and pays dearly for false advertising and not meeting contracted terms of agreement. By not meeting all terms in the contract AT&T Should allow me to walk away with a clean bill and select another provider with no penalty! How does AT&T legally get away their actions and continue charging the customer for "breaking a contract" when AT&T never upheld to anything on their end?? This is BS! DO NOT USE AT&T For ANYTHING! THey are garbage and I would NEVER recommend AT&T TO anyone!

No service at all in the block of Venice / Jasmin. I've been calling since 02 / 07. I am not getting any answer from the lousy service team with T-Mobile. I don't think that they are even working on that problem. They say that the trouble ticket is getting processed but honestly I don't think it is. I really want to get out of my contract but I am not willing to pay the cancellation fee. Please other people out there with the same problem keep calling and complaining. Maybe they will fix the issue!

Verizon sucks! Can't get any reception from my home. Also have a friend who lives in South Pas, by the library, and he had to cancel his service for the same issue. Tried using a network extender as well but still zilch. What is wrong with Verizon? Be warned, don't get Verizon if you live in S. Pas.

Neither of my T-Mobile phones have been working in about a 2 mile radius since Sat. Feb 5th. Have called 4 times now and the last time they said the engineer finally admitted there's a problem in the area - but with no ETA on a resolution. I both live and work in the area so the phones are now completely useless. If you are a customer in the area, you need to keep calling. When I was the lone complainant they didn't even look at it as a problem.

I have not had any signal since Monday the 7th at my office and I am losing it! I spoke to T-Mobile about 4 times, was twice in the store and they keep saying that they are looking into it, but nothing happened so far. I know that nobody else at my office (Sprint, Verizon, ATT) has this issue. I am now trying to get out of my contract as they don't seem to be able to resolve this! Very frustrating!
