I have had perfect reception for over 2 years, now I have zero reception and T-Mobile can't seem to give me an answer why. I have put in several complaints over 3 weeks now, and I was told I am now in a dead zone and they refuse to waive my 2 year contract I just re-signed up for. Unbelievable... Guess they expect me to pay for NOTHING!

I can understand no / poor reception inside buildings, but I often can't even get it outside. Text comes through, but no little / phone service.

phone oscillates between 0 and 1 bar at home; sometimes goes straight to voice mail, other times it rings and then immediately drops the call as soon as it's answered. Coverage poor throughout south Redlands, near (not in) the hills.

Verizon rep just left my house. There is no reception here. Bounces from 1 Bar to None, impossible to make or receive calls. The tech agent said, simply, to return my phones and cancel my plan. "Verizon is aware there are significant areas without coverage from Santa Barbara through Montecito to Summerland and Carpenteria. They are refunding my money. They say there are no plans for new towers, the only way to fix. The guy reminded me that no one wants the cell towers near them, but then they complain about no coverage. Point taken! I offered up my front yard. Insane. I get one bar with ATT, none with Verizon. Next up is Sprint, and I am worried.

Horrible service here, both inside building and outside. Have to walk around the building to go from 0 bars to 1 bar. Phone will eventually start to "domestic roam" but still very poor service especially on the data side of things. This is irvine, not the back woods of montana. What's up, Sprint?

Used to get great 4g service a month ago, now nothing at all. We suspect T-Mobile cell tower contract is up and it no longer produces 4g signal... TMOBILE PAY YOUR BILL FOR THE TOWER.

this is the black hole of cell phone receptions. ATT, VERIZON and METRO PCS none of them have any service here, I will be trying T MOBILE, hope something works...

My Virgin Mobile was working fine in my house, until 2 weeks ago my phone didn't get any messages or phone calls. So does my moms phone and she has Boost Mobile
