Reception exists at Topanga Canyon Blvd.and Viewridge Drive, but disappears inside Viewridge Estates. I imagine that the lack of coverage affects 100-200 homes. This is really quite annoying after all this time. I don't believe the topography claims because at least one carrier works (I think that it's Sprint, but have forgotten). Some service men are able to use their cell phones without difficulty. Thus, I blame AT&T.

I never seem to have reception in this neighborhood; I can't even make calls and if they do get through, the quality is awful, broken convos and then call dropped. I'm sick of it. I am willing to end my contract with AT&T and go to Verizon.

I was using a bad Samsung blast for five months. Then finally I received today a Nokia 5310 xpressmusic. T-Mobile was nice sending me a new phone ( I am paying ); however, the Nokia neither recieves any signal. From 3 to 0 bars in less than 2 seconds. No service at all 80 % of the time I need it. Why should I have to pay extra for another phone when actually the phone company isn't delivering properly? and I don't want them neither to affect our health neither.
Terrible! The service is awful everywhere in this city. Get AT&T only if you are a) not relying on cell service for business b) nostalgic for the land line days because you will need one c) a masochist. I only wish I didn't sign up for that two year contract.
have lived in this spot for 2 years now... have been with metro for a number of years... always had Nokia phones but when I moved here signal not that good... so I got the Samsung... at first was great... .but now over the past few months the reception has gone into the toilet... now I get text messages anywhere from 5 min after someone sends all the way to hours then all the text that have come in are dumped all at one into the phone... .ERGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG phone does not ring at the house and sometimes I do not know I have a voice mail or mails... until hours after the fact WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF i think Sprint is whome I am going with pay as you go!
