Occasionally connects and a few SMS' get through. Leaves my phone in a state where everyone gets a busy signal. Highly frustrating. My brother on T-Mobile gets 3 bars and has no problems at all. My phone works fine in Boulder and Denver.
Have to cancel within our 14 days. We had 93 calls on the family plan and not one went with out being dropped. We are going back to Verizon since we always had reception in this area. We do lose service heading north on Centenial and then hit a brief, about 2 blocks, of roaming on Centennial near Trail Blazer Elementary School.
Got nothing in Kittredge. Evergreen does ok. Poor, but functional along 73, Brook Forest, and Shadow Mountain. Best to stop driving to keep from dropping a call. No service at top near Donna Rd. 2 bars along N Turkey Creek Rd.

T-Mobile SUCKS big time here in Hilltop at the intersection of 1st Ave. and Holly. We had a dinner party last night and 4 of our guests all were using T-Mobile. Well, er 'use' is a misnomer because T-Mobile reception here in my house is a 1 bar at best. Same thing happen on our guests' phones too, so it's not an issue with the phone. I'm so PO'd because it sounds like all cell phones in this area bite. Thank God for landlines!

Verizon has not worked up there, ever. Funny thing though... . when I turn on the phone it registers with the network, gives 2 or 3 bars, displays the time. But can't make or receive a call to save it's life. Dead. My phone gets all that fancy video stuff with good quality. (in town) If it can do that why does it have the suckiest phone audio quality on the market???! Phone conversations are muddy, broken, distorted, and gurgly most of the time. Been that way with 2 different phones on Verizon service now. An expert in the field told me that Verizon turns the data rate way down to they can crowd more conversations in to a given bandwidth. Low data rate equals awful phone quality. I'll probably not renew. I'll go with the first company that gets service up the canyon.
