0-1 bars, 2 very occasionally for a few seconds. Complained to T-Mobile multiple times, they always say "we see excellent reception in that area" which isn't even true in the street, the yard or the house.

Just traded up from a Kiocera 2325 which worked here 95% of the time perfectly to LG 6100 and went from getting reception everywhere except in front of house and the new phone doesn't get reception anywhere in the development. I can get service and have 3 antenna strips and dial a number and suddenly no service. When I have been able to make a call, nobody can hear me then the call fails. Going to exchange for a Motorola V265 tomorrow and if that doesn't work, just going to get some new batteries for the old phones and live with them until they either improve phones, improve service or we get transferred out of the Springs.

Near County Line Rd. and 83 (Kings Deer), Monument, CO 80132 Tue Jul 12, 2005

T-mobile does not work at all in Kings Deer, or the surrounding area. I had to drive 4.5 miles to the I-25 to recieve or call. Reception on 83 does not work until I reach the Interquest Parkway. Fortunately, the company is a good one. When I called to cancel my T-Mobile cellular plan, they promtly waived the $200. early cancellation fee!

T-Mobile seems to have more dropped calls in the mountains than others, except Sprint. Also, can't get any cell phone service in Leadville with T-mobile.

Peak To Peak Area, Golden, CO 80403 Tue May 31, 2005

I moved into this area recently and signed up for Verizon service because their coverage map clearly showed coverage in this area. In actuality, there is absolutely no coverage at all with this phone and this service in this area, not even roaming even though it is a tri-mode phone. Was caught in a hail storm and a vehicle flipped over in front of us, we were unable to call for help, no coverage at all. Some other people drove up and were able to call for help. They said that to get reception in the peak to peak area you HAVE to have AT&T service. We talked to other cell phone users in the area and they confirmed this. It seems like I should have been able to connect with my tri-mode phone, but it does not work at all anywhere within 10 miles of my home. I feel I have been cheated into a 2 year agreement and now must seek a way to cancel the agreement and get my money back on the phone.
