AT&T is, IMO, the least responsive of all cell service providers. I could be wrong, but I don't think so. Their store personnel, the ones that I've dealt with, are woefully trained. They provide no service if you have a problem. The only intelligent response they can mutter is, "we'll sell you a new phone". The problem is, it's not a solution! It still won't pick up a signal where I'm at.
Terrible reception for three different phones. T-Mobile said we are located in between two coverage areas. Customer service is very good, but we still have to go elsewhere to make calls.
I have an amplifier. I get 3 bars with the amp and an external antenna, otherwise, no signal in La Veta, CO, 81055.

Hwy. I-70 From Kansas To Colorado Springs, Co / Wyoming and South Dakota intersection, Colorado Springs, CO 80918

Last night, from central Kansas all the way into Colorado Springs, all I could get was "Searching", even when I was within 75 miles of Denver. Could get no signal anywhere in Wyoming or South Dakota on a trip earlier this month. I purchased a cell phone in the event I needed highway assistance on a trip. Glad I found out how useless Verizon is before I do need help.

Phone doesn't work at home, I have had friends that can stand right beside me and get reception on Verizon. Calls drop almost everytime, ATT says too bad so sad, we can sell you a new Phone... ... $$$$$ Bye Bye ATT!

Green Mountain / W. Alameda Pkwy. intersection, Denver, CO 80228

On W. Alameda Pkwy. between Green Mountain and Bear Creek Blvd. the dropped call and no service situation has gone from bad to worse with Qwest phones. If you have a teenager who goes to Green Mountain High School, don't place any bets that if there's an emergency they'll be able to call you -- Verizon seems to be fine up there --
