No signal in our out of the house.

Usually I have good reception. Only one spot really is a problem, Nichols ave and huntington ave near Bunnell High School. Other then that I have had great reception everywhere. I even got great reception while in Italy, Hawaii and the island of St. Kitts in the carribean.

I cannot believe this. There is reception two streets away. This might make me switch cell company.

Zero reception on the hill, reception starts 1 / 4 mile north of 190. Verizon is the same. Cingular and tracfone the only service that works.

Very poor reception near the bottom of Glen Eagle Dr.area. No providers services work good in this area at all. To many mountains and hills in this area.

Drops calls CONSISTENTLY when traveling down the northbound Exit 93 off ramp off Route 95. This area is near the RI border and it often drops calls while showing "full strength" reception... .

I have Sprint PCS service which is really no service at all at my home on the back side of East Rock. Not only do I not have Sprint Service, but when I turn the phone to roam, the service is spotty. I work in dowtown New Haven where Sprint service is fine. But I lose my signal all over the rest of the area... sometimes on the shore, along Quinnipiac Ave, and certainly when I head west into the Valley. If you call customer service they'll give you free roaming time to make up for poor service areas. Still, I'm frustrated when they tell me I should have service... I don't.

Cingular tower in Kent is now a Alltel tower, NO Cingular service!
