On Mountain Rd. my phone gets no bars and starts searching for service. You can still talk to the person on the other end but hear him very crappy. As soon as you get to Main Street, you get service again.

Cingular in Wilton - huge gaps in coverage. None - ever - at my house.

Poor to no reception north of East Rock Park. Good reception in every other direction except north of the park.

No reception on lower Chestnut Hill, down to Route 79 and down Route 79 untill Greenhill.

Seems like no reception in Norwalk at all.

Clear difference beween this Motorola and my Nokia 6161 on Cingular TDMA. I have never gotten a reliable connection with the Motorola.

There is no reception with any cell phone carriers in this area period.

Reception on Middlebury Rd. between Rt. 6 and Bunker Hill is non-existant. Also very poor on Rt. 6 going towards Woodbury. AT&T is also poor in this area.

Very terrible reception, sometimes a bar of analog, but nothing that works. Cingular does have perfect service here, but thats because they have a store in Trumbull Center.

Mansfield Center, as told to me by the service (compaint) dept., has no reception, and it won't unless a service complaint is submitted. So far I haven't found another customer in 06250 to reinforce my complaint. Yet, Cingular has a local tower, but Verizon hasn't asked for a lease or deal like other carriers do. It seems that Verizon can't make friends and is too cheap to service properly rural eastern CT. They do binding contracts with no services in mind.
