Sometimes get 1 or 2 bars. Usually none.

Have no bars at all... .when I called AT&T they said it may be my phone but most of family and friends have same issue. They also said a tower was being worked on for the past 2 days... still no bars.

Reception is between no and poor at best. T-Mobile coustomer service is the worst, they lie, cheat, and when possible over bill and wont return calls when a supervisor is requested. I called the office of the president, and for three days no one has returned my calls. The only reason I can think of is they are getting alot of complaints abouve servie ie billing. I have been a T-Mobile client for 11 years and now I am looking for another carrier. DO NOT GO TO T-MOBILE FOR SERVICE

Terrible coverage on Rocco Rd. sporadic weak coverage on paortions of Hwy. 85.

I used to have 3 bars now there's nothing until I get over the hill into bristol.

Need this phone for emergencies and it is useless

I've had ATT, Sprint, and Verizon in Short Beach, and never had cell reception in my house.

Drove from Westbrook to Branford and back on I95 and had no service both ways on Sunday July 31, 2011. Terrible!

from the top of rte 4 to where it joins rte 7 nothing but intermittent 1 bar. At my home on Rte 43, where I had 1 or 2 bars and a minute before the call was dropped (on my old Blackberry) my new Blackberry Bold gives me 1 useless bar; not worth answering the phone. I cannot get an answer from corporate as to why this Verizon service is so degraded?

I don 't even bother answering phone anymore at the house,ALWAYS drops call.My wife has Verizon and her phone has all bars.
