We have offered to Verizon to place a tower on our property for no cost; however, we have heard no response.

We switched from the Nokia "old technology" to Motorola V220 with GSM hoping it would improve... ..plus the phone was free... .no improvement. I was told that there were a lot of towers in Delaware. A guest had T-Mobile and got reception! At least we have 30-days no questions.

I would not use this service anywhere. No signal or very poor signal throughout Sussex county. I plan on changing carriers as soon as the contract expires. I use the phone throughout the Mid Atlantic and Northeast states. It lacks service in northern Baltimore, I-83, I-81 and I-88 corridors.

The reception rating is different. You may have 3-4 bars appear on your phone, but the moment you touch the phone and start to talk, forget it. Reception is very bad here, takes forever to find a signal, and I have the newest razr! Such a pity. Once my contract is up, I'm going to AT&T.
