Calls dropped frequently when entering the Tuttle Causeway (I-195) on the Miami side's bridge. You will get disconnected while going over the bridge in most instances. I wouldn't recommend initiating or continuing a call until you have gone past the bridge.

I have continually called Cingular over the past 3 years and they keep telling me they are working on improving reception out in the Estates. I can sometimes get my cell to ring but am not able to have a conversation on the phone as I get little or no signal.

Have been with Cingular for many years and loved the plans and their customer service. I thought when Cingular and AT&T merged there would naturally be better service because of More towers... Wrong! From cr121 to I-10; I95 to lem turner have always been able to call but now I am constantly receiving "call failed" messages immediately upon pressing send button. Mornings are worse... overloaded circuits perhaps? I am paying for phone service but cannot use it when I NEED TO.

I-95 From the Georgia Border to I-4 then I-4 to Orlando and the entire Orlando / Disney area - NO DIGITAL SIGNAL reception! When I crossed back into Georgia, I got Digital Reception again. This is a new problem (as of June / July 2006. In Dec 2005 I drove to Miami on I-95 and had Digital Reception the whole way. I call this a Cingular problem because I got their recording when I dialed *611 (Analog mode very weak)

Used this phone for MONTHS at the same location with no problem. Family plan with younger son and an older son with a separate (Cingular) account. We all have different model phones. Around June 10th (2006) we can no longer send or receive calls OR check our voicemail. This is with fully charged phones and all the bars showing! If we walk up the street 50 yards or so it works fine. Made 5 different calls to Cingular over a two week time period to try to get this resolved and it's STILL not resolved. Paying full price for cellphones that can't be used at home? Yea... ... I really love that!

NO SERVICE! Plus a recent trip to south Florida, a new phenomena occured--My "number" and all Cingular numbers are no longer in service going through Orlando area (60 mile radius). In south Florida, I would not receive calls, but did get a message alert. Tried 10x to dial for messages and either had the "redialing" mode or told I had misdialed and try again. Went to Cingular service center, reports: Ocala has 15 towers down and being worked on, with no time table. Gainesville is worse--19 towers are out. South Florida has 1 tower out, and unknown why service was lousy... Why pay for a cell phone with o service? Was told that 2008 we all will have to have new phones!

With Cingular, barely any reception in Miami Shores, in fact, my cell won't even work inside my home. Drops calls constantly. Cingular sucks.

Had AT&T, approximately 2 months ago started having problems spotty reception, in this area and in Belleview, was told my phone was to old, went to new plan and new phone and got no reception at all most of the time, tried up-dates, another phone, finally told me they took out a tower in Bellview, and there wasn't any reception to be had. Don't count on Cingular in this area.

Cingular has gone down hill over the past 6 months. I never had a problem with the service but now I have NONE. It started with not receiving my phone calls. Out of no where the phone would say I had a message. THEN, it went to the text messages, they would show up the next day..same with the voice mail. The sad thing is, I have talked to quite a few people who have Cingular and they are having similiar issues. My friend lives right around the corner and we can't even call each other. First thing I did was talk to someone at a Cingular store and was told that it would get better within a week. That was in February. I called Cingular in April and complained that the issue was getting worse, they made me screw around with my phone and then told me it was fixed and I should have no more problems. Now it is June. I have ZERO service. I have called Cingular twice in the past week and I am told that it will be fixed by the 7th. Then some guy from Cingular calls my home (when I said I would not be home till after 6) and left me the nastiest message saying that if they can't get in touch with me they weren't going to fix the problem. I am without a phone and the people who work at Cingular are morons. The are rude and they do not help at all.
