I've had Nextel, AllTel and now the iPhone 3G. None work here. The iPhone is good for internet access via my home WiFi network. My daughter's Alltel worked once I think outside a couple of years ago. Nextel never, even with an external antenna (car magnetic antenna) and on the second story of the house. I can see the CBS TV antenna from my house. If someone would put a cell antenna on it. I would have great bars and I could fire the Sprint landline. But that ain't going to happen. Same with cable. I could get rid of my WildBlue internet satelite if I could get digital cable. Can't get any cable. Disgruntled in Esto
Nextel should be sued in a Class action suit by all paying full price for cell service in these areas. People should pay based on the time they actually can use the phone. I believe they can do better but won't because the number of people in this area is not great enough. You will even lose a call when you can see the tower. Nice job NEXTEL.
It is amazing that with todays technology, T-Mobile can't seem to provide service in many areas. AT&T and Verizon appear to dominate T-Mobile in coverage. When my plan is up, I will try another carrier, I am tired of not being able to use something that I pay for "SERVICE".
Get no reception at my office starting yesterday morning. Once I get closer to home, reception improves. The Indians I talk to at T-Mobile have no clue
