We live in Calhoun Co (off 274) but actually have a Bay County address. T-Mobile is NO WHERE signal wise in this area. Have to drive out our road, to 274, then to 167 then to Hwy. 231! We have an older pre-pay Virgin Mobile phone that will get a signal outisde, maybe one or two bars, but NADA from T-Mobile!

always searching for service

I live just south of Barefoot Bay, zero reception in my home. Verizon sucks azz. My daughter has Metro PC and has better results, but still barely one bar.

I call it the "Jupiter Triangle". On I75 as you near Jupiter, calls drop. Strange because there are three cell towers right next to the interstate in the exact area the signal drops... and after the dropped call, you immediately get 5 bars! When is Alltel going to get a corporate store in West Palm? Long overdue for the "nations largest coverage area".

Initially when I started contract I had at leas 1-2 bars inside my home and close by on the outside. for the last 2 months I have to walk 200 feet from the house to get even 1 bar. Called numerous times, but "they could find no fault" on their side. I suspect that they might have lowered the tower output to preserve energy on the tower (if that is possible) but I am having still the same problem. maybe they try to push the "hotspot@home" issue to get some extra bucks out of me, but even there nobody can (or will) tell me if my Vonage / Motorola Wireless router will work. I guess they want me to buy the linksys router from them.

Verizon has done nothing to resolve a tower for any type of reception in Lake Panasoffkee, FL area With no reception has not suggested ending my contract early without a penality. I am unable to afford a cell phone service that DOES NOT WORK and pay for another that would work.

Reception is horrible in SE Palm Bay. I jump when my phone rings because calls almost never get through. After it rings, there is NO reception.

contact the BBB about your plans and they let you out of your contract to go with another carrier. I have no service where I moved to at mcmullen and sunset pt with my nextel. they changed me to Sprint and I still have no service. I was able to drop[ my contract with out being charged because of the BBB complaint. It was easy to do. If you are have no service with your phone carrier you can fill out the complaint form to the BBB on line. Also contact the FCC. You can also do that on line. You won't believe the response you will get! Hope it helps.

I get absolutely no bars in my home, my phone gets one call per day if I'm lucky, I also get no text messages, but sometimes I get really lucky and they arrive eight hours later!

When ATT first took over cingular, the signal was great. But for the last few weeks it has gone to nothing. No signal in Washington county unless you are extremely close to the tower on Holmes Valley road.
