I have the 700w and my wife has the Motorola Razr. Neither of us have ANY cell phone reception in Heron Cove and neither will have a signal until Nob Hill Rd.as it changes name into Coral Ridge Dr.heading to Sawgrass (869). I have reported this to Verizon twice with a technician who drives around in their little truck and they still claim that we should have service. My neighbors have Nextel and they have zero signal also.

Two years ago I complained to Cingular customer relations, and was told that by the Spring of 2007 additional attenas would be installed or repositioned, to improve coverage! Well Iam waiting. It's like that saying, " The check is in the Mail" The Reception is "POOR to NONE"

Archer RD / Behind Haile Plantation intersection, Gainesville, FL 32608 Sun Oct 07, 2007

If you live in a dorm or in central Gainesville T-Mobile is great. Their plans are good and dropped calls are a rarity. If you live near Haile Plantation however, DO NOT get T-mobile. Alltel is rumored to be the only company that provides service in this area.

Nobleton is between Brooksville and Bushnell and Inverness. The only place we get phone service is if we go for a drive to a hill in the area.

Julingtoncreek Area / Julington Creek Rd. intersection, Jacksonville, FL 32258 Tue Oct 02, 2007

This phone service is so unreliable! I never know when I will drop a call. So much for safety issues. I may have a signal at home and then it drops it with no warning. I can be talking to someone on the road to my home and the minute I get to my driveway, it's dropped. I cannot believe that Sprint has any customers anymore. Why do they say they are providing a service. It is inferior service and needs to be improved! What's funny though is that my husband is so loyal to this company! We have to go outside in the backyard if we want to take a call on our cell phones. It's not the phones-it's the carrier! Suckie Sprint!

T-Mobile Dash
Hampton Park Ct. / Gateway Blvd. intersection, Fort Myers, FL 33913 Fri Aug 24, 2007

Horrible! Was told by salespeople that I have GREAT reception in Gateway-lies, all lies. I have NONE. My office is off of Red Cedar Dr.and 95% of the time I go all the way from home to the office with no reception. Voicemail is terrible, calls drop all the time and it is constantly searching for a signal. Would no recommend T-Mobile to ANYONE! My sister in Atlanta has T-Mobile as well and she is just as unhappy as I am with the service.

Every once in a while you get 1 or 2 bars but most of the the time none. They need better service in the Ocala national Forest.
