After putting up with no phone service in my home or neighborhood for 2 years and my contract had expired, T-Mobile said it was my phone. I needed a new and better model. They were absolutely sure thats what it was and guaranteed that if I signed another 2 year contract, they would send me a better phone and I would get reception. Guess what? Another 2 years without service. I have to get in my car and drive out of my neighborhood, sometimes as far as 441 (SR 7), which is about 5-6 miles from my home, in order for me to get bars. I just don't know who else to change over to, that would be any better.

metro is the most horrible provider out in wesley chapel, while I was living in tampa I always knew metro was a piece of crap but I didn't think it would be this bad... . my wife just wants to drop our cell service all togetrher because there is no use for it, its just a paper weight at this point. I was forced to get a home phone because my wife is on bedrest because she is due any day now and I wdon't want something to happen and she cannot reach me. Metro is so bad that you really have to consider your families safety.

At&T, Sprint, Cingular and now T-Mobile all have very poor reception in my home. Go 4-5 blocks East and the reception improves. At&T has the main tower in this area and they said back in 2002 that improvements would be made. So far non have been made for any of the phone companies. For the price I pay they should be able to do something.

After 9 months and 4 handsets, T-Mobile finally advised that the reason having "SOS" instead of reception bars when at home is because there is no service for my area and no plans to upgrade anytime in the next 24 months. This is a known issue for them, but they do not tell the customers until you completely flip out on them. Once you have stressed out the appropriate number of times, they will waive your cancellation fee and other penalties because they are not able to honor the contract they agreed to.
