I've been having trouble with Verizon in this area, yet when I get out of my neighborhood I don't have any problems with making calls. I don't get it. The bars are up it just won't send or receive calls and my phone says it can't connect.

S. Sanford Av. / Rose Hill Trail intersection, Sanford, FL 32773 Fri Aug 15, 2008

This whole area of S.Sanford av. is definately a dead zone from Lk. Mary Blvd. to Lake Jessup not only for my provider but also for people I know that have all the other providers. A tower in this area is needed asap.

At&T coverage and reception is pathetic to non-existent. They should be slapped around by the FCC.

Salford / I-75 intersection, North Port, FL 34286 Sat Aug 02, 2008

No reception inside of house at all. It's totally worthless. Outside of house I get very little reception sometimes, but it usually cuts out if I move the wrong way. I can get good reception in Englewood, but as soon as I turn on 41 from River Rd.it cuts out.

Hwy. 65 / CR 22 intersection, Bristol, FL 32321 Tue Jul 29, 2008

Cell phone service is 0 from Fort Gadsen on 65 North to Hosford on 65 North. There are communities along this stretch that do not have any type of cell phone service. There is a tower in Eastpoint at the southern end of 65 and a tower in Bristol or Blounstown which is on the north west side of 65. However, these towers do not help at all. This is a complete dead zone.

I have to go out into the middle of the road to get reception for outgoing calls and text messages. No help from T-Mobile either. Best suggestion they could come up with was to purchase an antenna to extend the service!
