For the last 72 hours we have had no reception in our home. All elsewhere in the Ft Lauderdale area we have between 3-full bars. This is ultimately disgusting and T-Mobile has done nothing but repeat we will resolve the problem. I have had their service for the last 10 years and this is the worst I've ever encountered. There are two towers (6100 Kimberly Blvd.and 8401 Southgate Blvd) both are in a 5 mile radius of our residence. WTH!

I'd like to send that "Can you hear me now?" guy a map to my house because there's no reception here. I went sailing around the Spanish Virgin Islands (Puerto Rico, etc) and had perfect reception miles off coast, but none in my own house or neighborhood. Go figure!

Barely any reception here, neighbors don't receive AT&T either so I know it's not my phone. Quit AT&T, got T-Mobile a little better, some reception on mine, daughter gets pretty good reception.

Rt. 41 / Riverview Center Blvd. intersection, Bonita Springs, FL 34133 Thu Feb 18, 2010

Reception here is AWFUL. 10 minutes south is just as bad. 10 minutes north is not much better. It's nearly impossible to make calls in this area. Calls that miraculously connect drop consistently. The 3G coverage is suspect. There are times when I can't even get EDGE.

Recently moved from NJ. Had Verizon for years there with wonderful reception. There is no reception in my new home in Boynton Beach and the battery needs recharging too often which means it is always hunting for service. Will be switching as soon as possible.

NW 25th St.And NW87th Ave., Miami, FL 33172 Fri Feb 05, 2010

Tmobile has a UMA backhaul which lets me get calls and data, if this UMA-WiFI Connection is off then its SOS all the way for me, as soon as I step off the office on NW 25th St.and 87th Avenuem all calls drop, same goes for the Palmetto and NW 58th St.NorthBound RAMP, and in Miramar, around Palm Ave. and 101th Miramar Parkway. Anyone has similar problems, I have switched phones 4 times, switched SIM cards, rebooted, called and complained about 18 times over a one year course and no improvements, with T-Mobile for over 13 years but I have had it !
