AT&T is the absolutely worst carrier on the planet. Absolute worst! In the process of switching and evaluating carriers I signed up with ATT. I had them for 4 days and I had more dropped calls in 4 days with ATT than I had in 5 years with Sprint and 2 years with T-Mobile. I barely had the service for 2 days before they sent me a bill (they are quick to do that for sure), which they already screwed up charging me for services I did not order. Upon calling them, they told me I had to go back to the AT&T store to resolve my issue. I did just that, they admitted their mistake and said the corrections should be on my account in 24 hours. 2 days later my account was the same and I was once again redirected to the store. I had enough! Within 5 days I returned the phone, and cancelled my service. That should've been the end of it, but no, a month later I get a whopping $492 bill from AT&T. They were charging me and early termination fee even though I had 30 days to cancel and I canceled within 4 days! I spend hours, hours on the phone getting the run-around, getting transferred from one person to the next, having to explain my problem over again to each, before I got my charges dropped (supposedly, I still expect to receive a bill from them because they are THAT incompetent). Avoid AT&T like Aids! They are the absolute WORST!

Sprint confirms they have had a tower down in this area since Nov. 23 of 2011 and was to be fixed by Jan. 6th, it is now Jan. 9th and they say it's not fixed. They also admit to not having enough towers in this area and its a poor reception area, yet we are charged they same amount as customers that live in good reception areas. CALL SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Demand you be credited for Nov. 23rd to present and DEMAND more towers be built in this area. If they want to give us less than half the service they provide to others then we will pay them less than helf of our bill. Dont let yourself get screwed over by Sprint! Spread the word to everyone you know!

T-mobile service is horrible from actual phone service to customer service. Also if you make any changes whatsoever to your plan they extend your contract for additional 2yrs (wanted to remove unlimited text)... .might as well sign with new company and get new phone out of it!

My wife an I both purchased the EVO 4G but when we moved to this location none of us has good signal anymore. None of m(Sprint)y friend have good signal as well except one friend which has full bars all the time with Verizon.

2 states Verizon marginal at beat. They drop many many calls and like the last 2 days you cant make a call.

The last few months service has gotten progressively worse. Constant dropped calls, static, dead zones. Very annoying. This is with 3 different kinds of phones... not just blackberry. Becoming very unhappy with At&t.

Dead.

No reception. Unable to place or receive calls. Unable to text. I spoke to top tier support and they advised me that they are in the planning stages of a new site but until then, there will be no resolution.

No reception at home!
