I have tried Sprint, ATT, and Boost. I now have Verizon with no reception at all. The only one close is Boost but their phones are terrible.

I get between 0 and 1 bar at my home. It takes me between 5 to 7 attempts to make an outbound call that can last between 1 to 90 seconds before being dropped. I don’t think I could dial and stay connected to 911 in an emergency. I contacted Sprint and was told that I could buy an additional device that connects to my home broadband server for $150 with a $10 monthly service fee. The poor cell reception is unacceptable and the notion that I have to buy an additional device with an additional monthly service fee so my cell phone can work is outrageous. I will be looking to move to another cell company as soon as possible. Sprint’s slogan “The Now Network, what can you do with 4G?” … well apparently not much if you can’t get a stable solid signal!

After putting up with no phone service in my home or neighborhood for 2 years and my contract had expired, T-Mobile said it was my phone. I needed a new and better model. They were absolutely sure thats what it was and guaranteed that if I signed another 2 year contract, they would send me a better phone and I would get reception. Guess what? Another 2 years without service. I have to get in my car and drive out of my neighborhood, sometimes as far as 441 (SR 7), which is about 5-6 miles from my home, in order for me to get bars. I just don't know who else to change over to, that would be any better.

metro is the most horrible provider out in wesley chapel, while I was living in tampa I always knew metro was a piece of crap but I didn't think it would be this bad... . my wife just wants to drop our cell service all togetrher because there is no use for it, its just a paper weight at this point. I was forced to get a home phone because my wife is on bedrest because she is due any day now and I wdon't want something to happen and she cannot reach me. Metro is so bad that you really have to consider your families safety.
