While the features of the Blckberry 8700 are great and very useful, the T-Mobile FAILS miserably in the primary use of a mobile telephone - the ability to communicate through the medium of radio telephony! I have NO reception in my home and I have to walk aimlessly around my yard or out into the street to sometime get marginaly quality signal. The Blackberry drops more calls that it holds on to! This is true in all of the geographic markets that I have been in during the past year - everywhere from NYC, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Tampa, New Orleans, Chicago, Houston, Denver, Idaho Falls, San Francisco and Los Angles. T-Mobile service is better overseas in Europe and the Middle East - but not good in the USA!

None of 4 family plan rzr phones have any usable service inside our home. I am 300 yards from a cell tower. this product defect reduces its value by at least 50%. You begin to question the need for a cell phone at all. once my last year of contract is up I am switching. we had 4 virgin mobile prepaid phones for over 4 years with no dropped calls. cool costs you.

Can't even recieve missed calls in the my house. Have to go outside and wave my phone around to get a couple bars to check my voicemail. Also, sometimes I can't check my voicemail because my phone sometimes says Cingular. Very frustrating!

Have lousey reception- which is a major problem since my cell phone is an important part of my business. Am thinking that it will be worth the $400 penalty for my husband's and my phone to get out of the contract.

I get NO reception in my home. If I go outside in the road, I may have ONE bar. But I always have my calls dropped, if I try calling with that "one" bar. Hopefully, Sprint will put in more towers

SR 70 / SR 70 and I 75 intersection, Bradenton, FL 34201 Mon Jun 18, 2007

I wrote this a moment ago, and the message cameback that I don't live in a valid zip code. Helllooooooo A T and T... .I live in a valid zip code but you don't have any service here. SR 70 and I-75 IS A VERY VALID PLACE, and since you took over from Cingular in the last 3-4 weeks, I no longer can make or receive calls in my house or in my car as I'm driving in the neighborhood. Cingular was MUCH BETTER... .could place and receive calls with perfect clarity. You are the worst... ... You will be gone the minute I can switch my vast network of service to another company. You have no reliabilityand no integrity.
