Cleveland Heights Blvd. / Polk Pkwy. intersection, Lakeland, FL 33813

At this particular intersection, I get no service, and my calls usually get dropped. Otherwise, I can't hear the conversation until I get about 1 / 2 mile down the road. I've had ATT for 3 years and this is the only place I have a problem. Elsewhere, I get great coverage.
Was a former Alltel customer (Verizon bought Alltel) and never had a reception problem down there while visiting. This past week - 0 - 1 bars. No calls came through nor could I call out. This line is used for business so I was out of touch with not only children but business. Not a good situation. I made 4 service calls to Verizon when I went towards town, with no change in the status. My parents are on Ocean and have good ATT coverage. Maybe that is the answer?
Belle Terre Pkwy. / State Rd.100 intersection, Palm Coast, FL 32164
Wed Jul 22, 2009
Just moved into area... and I had NO reception driving down Belle Terre Parkway, and while at Publix. When I get to State Rd.100, I get a little reception. I was wondering if I needed a new carrier, but looking at the comments on here, maybe it's all carriers.
Along Las Olas from Hendricks Isle to Royal palm - no bars. Again on A1a from Bayshore to Vistamar - no bars. These are heavily populated areas, yet there is no service. Repeated calls to T-Mobile have shown they do not follow through when customers have problems. They have a list of excuses, and now say that Motorola has lowered their frequency due to radiation concerns, and suggest I upgrade to another phone at my expense, because the problem is with Motorola.
Switch from Verizon to AT&T and its a JOKE! I will be taking this phone back tomorrow. It shows 5 bars of 3G, but switches from 3G to E (EDGE I guess). I have had numerous dropped calls, Called Failed, and Network Busy. I will be taking my number back to Verizon. I know I can count on them.
I get reception outside, but the second I step into a building I can't pick up anything. not even standing by windows! i'm havin to switch to Alltel due to this problem cuz they actually have service. I just hope they don't lose it after the merger...

Can't get reception at all in the house. Have to go outside and keep turning around or moving around the yard to get any bar's. We have many tower's around here and as many people that use cell phones now, there is no reason that we can't get good reception. We have to ride down the street about 3 or 4 miles to get excellent reception. I use to have Sprint, but changed to Cingular (AT&T) because I heard it was the best. Well guess what, its not.
Used to have roaming coverage at this location but even forcing the phone into "roam" mode doesn't pick up a signal. Apparently, Sprint has cancelled its roaming contracts for this area. So now, no service, even though Sprint coverage map on webiste shows this area as having roaming coverage. FYI, Verizon wireless broadband works just fine here for internet.
