I just switched to T Mobile, and I get no reception in my apartment, no text, no service. The worst coverage I have ever had. Dropped calls are constantly an issue.

Had no problems at all with T-Mobile until Oct 30th. Went 3 days with NO SERVICE unless I drive 1-2 miles away then service comes back and everything fine. Called T-Mobile they state there is a tower issue at skyline school they are working on. Nov 2nd service came back ok. Now Nov.12th it started again with random NO SERVICE when I am at home, No text, no calls. Anyone calling me goes right to voicemail. Service will come back and go out on and off at any given time. Called them again they said they are still working on the problem. It is better then the 3 days of zero service but this is NUTS! Can't even dial 911 when its out. When serive is out no texting no calls. Get message that says no network and can't even manually connect to network, as it says not allowed or not avail. Phone keeps showing searching when service is down. After 3 years of being HUGE FANS might have to look to Verizon. T-Mobile was awesome UNTIL the talks of AT&T merger. Its the AT&T CURSE! I will give them one more week to get this fixed or I am going to Verizon or someone else. NOT AT&T they suck,

No reception, or if one bar, dropped calls. When calling, it takes up to 3 minutes to drop and prompt call cannot be completed. AT& has drastically reduced their tower leases and band-width in the Naples - Ft. Myers corridor... to save money. They use a series of much-cheaper repeaters, which don't work very well. They reasoned that the summer season has less people and needed less coverage.

Sprint SUCKS. As soon as I step inside my house, all bets are off. Usually calls go straight to voicemail. Sometimes the phone rings, but I know if I pick up, the caller will not hear me and the call WILL DROP. I had to get a LANDLINE in my house in order to make calls from inside. Just pathetic.

If I get a single bar, it's usually for half a second. Dropped calls, have to have people call back on house phone because even if call goes thru, breaks up so bad you can't understand the person on the other end. Sometimes just get voicemail, phone doesn't ring. Inside or outside house reception is horrible. Have emailed and called Verizon multiple times. They keep telling me to call the support line from Hell that never gets you to a real person. I have a direct number to someone in support, have called 3 times and left messages, still no return call. Trying to get a tech to come to my house so they can see how lousy the signal is. I pay a fortune for this plan and would like to use the phone at my house, but basically unusable in Parrish, FL.

Continues dropped calls. At times people tell me they left messages that actually never reach my phone. I had planned on cell for home use when moving here but was forced to get land line because of such poor service.
