Poorest phone and service I've ever had. It only worked in a very few areas of Panama City and never worked from Tyndall AFB south and heading toward Talahassee was also a big zero, somewhat like the service!
Nextel is by far the worst carrier I have ever used. I called to try to find out what I could do about it, the CSR told me that 9 out of 18 towers were out.
The T-Mobile service is pathetic. The worse I have seen. I had Nextel and it worked fine. The family joke is how bad my T-Mobile service is. I get 0 bars inside and outside if I am lucky 1 bar. I can barely hear the calls. If I had not been given the phone because of my job, I certainly would have never paid for it. When I ask T-Mobile reps when is their service going to improve, they say that there is no plan for putting up towers in the area for now.

My friends phone broke so I told her I would get her a new one and I did this same crap on sunday and I havent got the cell phone yet I said she needs it by Tuesday and Tuesday past. So please get it to me soon. Mail it to my address 12560 SW 35 St. or call s305-222-2228 and ask for stephanie.
Since the hurricans last year, this reception is non-exsistence. AT&T could care less and was told that they are converting towers over from AT&T to Cingular. I'm willing to pay the penalty to get better service and it looks like Verizon in my area.
