I have been a Sprint customer for 5 yrs. to long. Am parting ways with them in 2 weeks thank god.The topper was 4 nights ago when I went to make a call and found it was turned off by customer sevice by mistake,and no-one could activate it for 2 days. I had to drive to Vero beach Sprint store to be re-programed. 28 miles one way. No credit or were sorry. well i'm sorry for them.

horrible customer service. I was on the phone with them today 3 times. they hung up on me all three times.

Sprint PCS doesn't work at all in the Shoal River Golf course area or the Eglin Reservation. Not sure if the phone is the problem or just not getting coverage.

No reception at all really bad signal.

Nextel offers no coverage for the area between: I will lay out 4 points of reference and get no reception inside this box Park Blvd.and 131st to Park Blvd.and Oakhurst all the way through: Ulmerton : Oakhurst to 131st. they have assured that another tower is going up but they have been saying that for 2 years since I moved to this area? I have used this service due to work for 6-7 years and cannot find another provider to offer the minutes that I require. Customer service is NO HELP! what a wonderful feeling to have no Cell coverage inside your own home.

DONT SIGNB A CONTRACT NO SERVICE AT ALL VERRY POOR QUALITY SERVICE WORST THEN ANY CARIER. TRY IT FIRST AND I'M SURE YOU WILL NOT LIKE ITASK PEOPLE IN THE AREA WHAT SERVICE THEY USE AND HOW IT IS I CAN SURELY BET THEY DONT USE t-MOBILE WELL 1 DAY THEY MIGHT GET BETTER

really sucks gets no signal indoors 95 % of the time signal fluctuates constantly teases you with 4 bars of reception for a sec and 20 minutes of no signal at all you have to stare at it for like 20 minutes and be happy if u get 1 bar to make a call and when you do it drops anyways. i have complained for yearsand haver been stupid for not leaving thinking they would fix it well that never will happen as i've places more then 20 service issues for this area they keep telling me i'm in an excelent coverage area. not true its the worst it copuld ever be sucks just a waste. i will be leaving them at the end of this months bill unless by some miracle they fix it which I dont believe they will 3 years of complaint havnt helped any SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CRAPPPY SERVICE IT SUCKSSSSSSSSSSS. 1 / 2 a bar if that... The absolute worst coverage I have ever experienced with any cellular phone company! I have lost / dropped at least 9 calls today from inside my home. I am on this site like everyone else more than likely, looking for the better phone and coverage.

No service most of the way down the 18 miles strech from Florida City to the Monroe County line.

Nextel ONLY works in the center of major Highways! Dr.100 feet of the main Hiway and there is NO RECEPTION! Also expect a dropped call on every call! Nextel is the worst service ! If my boss did not require this worthless service I would not waste my time with NEXTEL! Messages are one or two days late,and 90% of ALL calls go straight to voice mail without the phone ringing! I have exchanged 14 phones! ALL with the same poor service! IF ANY CELL PROVIDER COMES UP WITH A UNLIMITED NATIONWIDE SERVICE,NEXTEL AND THERE NEW (SPRINT) DEAL WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON!
